The Mid North Coast Veterans’ Advocates’ Community of Practice Network (MNCVACN) represents a group of people who share a concern and are passionate about supporting Veterans’ and their Families. We achieve this through sharing knowledge, experience and learning how to do it better through regular interaction.

MNCVACN supports Members in the provision of competent and focused wellbeing and compensation support to military Veterans and their Families through sharing information and knowledge and developing and continuing professional competence. Our objectives are:

• To support all Veterans’ Advocates.
• Create an environment for discussion, collaboration and learning to support Veterans’ advocacy.
• Share information, knowledge and learnings in respect to Veterans’ advocacy.
• To identify linkages and opportunities for collaborative strategic and technical projects and to coordinate the delivery of MNCVACN projects.
• To promote awareness of Veterans’ issues and service within like-minded wellbeing services and organisations in the Mid North Coast.
• Provide feedback to the Advocacy Training and Development Program (ATDP) Regional Implementation Group (RIG) Leader and the Capability Framework Management Group (CFMG) on issues that affect training, assessment and other services for Advocates and Veterans.
• Provide feedback to DVA and other Ex-Service Organisations.
